# Affiliate Programme Terms

Thank you for helping people find My Sell System. These terms keep the programme fair and simple.

## How you earn
– You get a unique referral link. When someone clicks it and buys the course, that sale is credited to you.
– Your link uses a 30-day cookie. If they buy within 30 days of their last click on your link, you earn the commission.
– Commission is a percentage of each completed sale, shown on your dashboard and in your signup confirmation.

## Payments
– Commission is confirmed 30 days after the sale, to allow for any refunds or chargebacks on that order.
– We pay confirmed commission monthly, once your balance reaches the minimum payout shown at signup.
– You are responsible for your own tax on any commission you earn.

## What is not allowed
– No spam, no misleading claims, and no promising results we do not promise. Represent the course honestly.
– Do not bid on our brand name in paid ads, and do not use the word that rhymes with “tree” to imply the course costs nothing. It does not.
– No self-referrals for your own purchase.
– No coupon, cashback or incentive sites without written approval.

## General
– We may update these terms or the commission rate with reasonable notice.
– We may decline or remove a partner who breaches these terms, and withhold commission on sales connected to a breach.
– The course itself is a one-time purchase with all sales final once accessed, exactly as stated on the checkout page.
