My Sell System provides digital products, tools and resources to help you sell and grow your business. Where a product is a digital download it is delivered electronically after payment. Where it is an online service, access is provided for the period described at purchase.

You agree to provide accurate information, to keep any login details secure, and not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use our products for anything unlawful. A licence to use our digital products is personal to you and may not be resold, redistributed or shared.

Payment

Prices are shown at checkout and are payable in full before access or download. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

Refunds

Because our digital products are delivered immediately, your statutory right to cancel ends once download or access has begun, and purchases are generally non-refundable. If something is faulty or you cannot access what you paid for, contact us at info@mysellsystem.com and we will put it right.

Intellectual property

All content, files, text, images and branding on this site remain the property of My Sell System or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You may use what you buy for your own business, but you may not present it as your own product.

Liability

Our products and resources are provided as helpful tools on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from their use, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Results depend on your own effort and circumstances and are not guaranteed.
